Mobara City Museum of art and Local museum Museum
The Mobara City Museum of Art and Local History collects works by artists associated with the local area, including Hayami Gyoshu, a master of modern Japanese painting, and Hayashi Isao. The main Western-style paintings in the collection include works by Niokawa Seiichi, whose style is a fusion of Eastern and Western painting. In addition, the Citizen's Gallery holds various group exhibitions and shows.
