SAGAMIHARA CITY MUSEUM
Sagamihara City Museum is a municipal museum located in Chuo-ku, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, which has been popular among citizens as a comprehensive museum dealing with the history and nature of Sagamihara since its opening in 1995. In July 2010, the re-entry capsule of the asteroid probe Hayabusa was opened to the public for the first time in the world, and the museum has deepened its ties with the JAXA Sagamihara Campus located across the street.
