New Ginger Museum
Iwashita's New Ginger Museum is a museum where you can feel "Happiness with Iwashita's Fresh Ginger" through various exhibits, attractions, experiences and foods related to "Iwashita's Fresh Ginger," which is delicious, healthy and exciting.
The theme color of the museum is pink, and there are many photo spots decorated for each seasonal event. The museum's cafe, Cafe New Ginger, uses Iwashita's fresh ginger in all of its food, sweets, and drinks. Since its opening on June 20, 2015, the museum has received more than 580,000 visitors (as of August 2020), making it a new attraction in Tochigi.
