The Hibiya Library Museum
It is located in Hibiya Park. You can learn about the history and cultural assets of Chiyoda in the permanent exhibition room on the first floor, and you can touch old books from the Meiji-Taisho period in the special research room on the fourth floor. There is also a café and restaurant on the fourth floor.
