IID Setagaya Manufacturing School
IID (Ikejiri Institute of Design) Setagaya Manufacturing School is a complex facility that was renovated from a closed junior high school building. It has been operated since 2004 as a place to work, play and interact with the local community, and includes a shared office, co-working space, gallery, café, shop and workshop.
In addition, exhibitions and workshops are held periodically, as well as seminars to support business start-ups. Everyone is welcome to visit, and the space forms a place where tenants, local residents, creators, businesses, students, and other people can come and interact with each other.
