Blitz Gallery
We opened in 1991 in Hiroo, and since 2000 we have been operating in Meguro, Tokyo. We are one of the few commercial galleries in Japan to hold exhibitions of photography throughout the year. We specialize in fashion photography and portraiture, and also specialize in landscape, abstract and conceptual photography. We also specialize in a wide range of other genres such as landscape, abstract and conceptual photography.
The gallery also boasts an extensive collection of both domestic and international emerging photographers, as well as well-known auctioneers. We also specialize in rare photo books, which have recently been recognized as a part of art photographic expression. We also offer regular workshops to explain the concept of art photography, how to approach it, how to collect it and how to run a gallery.
