Yorozu Gekijo
It was completed in 1994 as a multipurpose hall that can be used for all kinds of purposes, including theater, live performances, comedy, lectures, and exhibitions, and began full-scale operation the following year. The hall's appeal lies in its blessed tapa (ceiling height), electrically operated batons, which are unparalleled for a theater of this size, and luxurious seating that is not made up of pipe chairs. The theater has produced a number of talented groups, including the grand prize winner of the Ikebukuro Theater Festival held by Toshima Ward.
