Yokohama Civic Art Gallery
Opened in 1964, the Yokohama Civic Gallery has been a venue for citizens' creative activities and admiration for more than 50 years. Many art groups use it as a venue for their presentations and productions, with exhibition rooms (B1 to 3 floors) and studios (4 floors).
In addition, the museum hosts three exhibitions a year, "New Artists Today," "Yokohama City Children's Art Exhibition," and "Collection Exhibition," as well as art classes for children and adults. The collection consists of about 1,300 pieces of artworks, mostly by artists with a connection to Yokohama and Kanagawa.
