Setagaya Literary Museum
The Setagaya Literary Museum opened in 1995 as the first comprehensive regional literature center in the 23 wards of Tokyo, based on the basic principles of "a literature museum that aims to preserve and pass on Setagaya's unique literary culture and contribute to the revitalization of community development" and "a literature museum that creates opportunities and places for cultural exchange among ward residents and a new base for local cultural creation.
The library "hon-to-wa" is a place where people of all ages can encounter books.
In the baby and children's area with a nursing room, parents and children can enjoy reading picture books and children's literature together.
The library offers a variety of ways to enjoy books and new encounters with books through a planned selection of books, including a section of books.
