The National Art Center, Tokyo
The National Art Center, Tokyo is a new type of art museum, fulfilling its role as an art center. It does not have a collection, but utilizes one of the largest exhibition spaces in Japan (14,000 square meters) to hold a variety of exhibitions, collects, displays, and provides art-related information and materials, and promotes education.
Located in Tokyo, a cosmopolitan city where people, goods, and information gather from all over the world, the NACT will provide opportunities for people to experience a variety of values through art, contributing to the creation of a new culture based on mutual understanding and partnership.
